In 2024, Vaziva posted sales of €41.7 million, up 63% on 2023. Business growth is driven by the success of the dematerialized social benefits offering for companies and their employees.

Vaziva's marketing and sales efforts with Works Councils accelerated in the second half of the year, enabling the company to sign contracts with leading works councils in the defense, luxury goods and industrial sectors. These strategic partnerships illustrate Vaziva's agility, enabling it to meet demanding expectations thanks to its tailor-made, innovative endowment solutions.
Local roots and talent for growth
Throughout the year, Vaziva consolidated its presence in France and strengthened its customer proximity by setting up in new cities. Our presence at major events such as Eluceo and Comexposium in France, and for the first time in Barcelona, Spain, illustrates Vaziva's growing share of its market and its openness to new international markets.
Outlook for 2025: European expansion and stronger teams
To support its growth in France and internationally, Vaziva will be supported by a reinforced team, including new sales, sales administration and customer support staff.
